It seems to me that Christmas starts earlier and earlier every year. Here in Kansas City, one of the radio stations started playing Chrismas music on Halloween day. I try to avoid this station as much as possible but seem to get sucked into it whenever I ride in Traci's car. I pretty much refuse to think about Christmas until at least Thanksgiving day.
One of the good things about being married to Traci is that she has Christmas in her heart year around. Keeping that in mind, today was spent putting up decorations and setting up lights in the yard. We are not sure if the association will allow the lights this early but Traci is willing to take the risk.
